Helen Hollow was extremely professional, efficient and helpful from outset. I would not heaitate in recommending her. Navigating the more complicated aspects of a Mast Lease Renewal can be daunting, to make decisions with confidence based on clear and concise advice was exactly what we needed. I can confidently use many adjectives to describe Helen. She carried out her research into what was an unusual and difficult situation and she was efficient, highly professional and her communication and skills were second to none, throughout the whole process.
Helen achieved engagement with the tenant very quickly where we had failed previously. Thanks to her admirable efforts, careful handling and continuity, the situation was finally resolved.

Helen recently acted for us on a lease renewal for a Telecoms mast sited on our land in Gloucestershire. We were unable to identify a surveyor nearby and were finally referred to Vickery Holman, where we were pleased to find that their Truro office has a telecoms advisor. Having that specialist knowledge gave us the confidence that we were entering into a new lease on the best possible terms. We are very pleased with the outcome achieved by Helen and feel the renewal process was sped up by having her involved.

They are clueless. No idea of how to value a property, late showing up to appointments, showing up in jeans, not answering the phone, not returning calls when requested on multiple occasions, not doing what they say they'll do. I have no idea why anyone would use them for anything at all. They are simply a waste of time in every single sense.

Absolutely disgusted by the treatment we have received from Envoy Property Management (a Vickery Holman company). A problem that should have been addressed months ago has still not been resolved. Was hoping that the re-decoration of our property (which was seriously damaged by a damp problem, not addressed by Envoy) would be completed today but have come home to find damaged furniture, paint all over the carpet and overall a very poor job. Have systematically been ignored by Envoy and Vickery Holman, who have failed to return calls and reply or acknowledge emails and letters. Shocking. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
