Anybody looking to sell their home, then choose Wainwrights!!
After having zero viewings after 3 months with a different estate agent, i was feeling very disheartened. After speaking to my partner, he recommended that i try Wainwrights, who had previously sold his home.
Wainwrights owner Kelly came and had a look around, she gave me confidence straight away that my house would sell.
The photographs were stunning when it went on the market and i had several viewings within the first week.
Within 6 weeks i had accepted an offer on my home, that was very near the asking price.
Kelly and the sales staff are brilliant at their jobs. They go the extra mile, they dont rush when showing prospective buyers around and really do make it their mission to sell your property. They have a wealth of experience and i would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home. They really are the best estate agents around.

We recently put an offer in on a property through this agency and were told they would keep us updated. After hearing nothing back from the estate agents, we drove past the house only to see a “Sold” sign up — no one from the agency had contacted us to let us know our offer had been unsuccessful or that the property was sold.
It’s incredibly disappointing to be left completely in the dark after showing genuine interest and commitment. A quick phone call or email would have made all the difference.
Would not recommend based on our experience with poor communication and lack of transparency.
To be fair, the woman who showed us around the property was absolutely lovely — very friendly, professional, and helpful. It’s a shame the rest of the experience didn’t reflect her level of service.

We selected Wainwrights as our estate agent after reading a number of online reviews and, in particular, noting the high level of 'customer satisfaction' with Wainwrights being expressed by the reviewers.
The whole process was handled most professionally and efficiently by Wainwrights.
We were especially impressed by the effort they put into 'dressing' the house prior to the photographs being taken. The photographs were all superb and undoubtedly helped to attract interest and ultimately sell the house.
Communication with the Wainwrights team was straightforward and efficient and we would especially like to thank Irene, Rachel and Caitlin for their 'team effort' in getting our house sale 'over the line'

All the staff at wainwrights could not do enough for us. Kelly is amazing at having your property looking the best it can look on the day of your photographs. (You have to then keep it that way haha ) she knows all the knowledge for buying and selling. Our viewings came in thick and fast and we soon got an offer. The team even helped look at the houses I had found. Abbie helped from start to finish, and pushed the solicitors at the later stages of the selling and buying to all come together with some extra push from me also. I can not fault the whole team. It was a pleasure doing business with them. And would recommend Wainwrights everytime. Approachable. And kind. Nothing too much trouble for any of the team.

Above and beyond! I sold my house through Wainwrights, the team were so lovely and helpful. Working full time, with 2 kids and a dog felt like it would be hard to manage, but they made it seem easy. They were flexible and supportive, always working around our busy schedule. Definitely recommend!

If you want to sell your home take my advice and use Kelly at Wainwrights. I had lots of local estate agents round but thankfully i chose Kelly. It is her passion to sell your house and sell your house she will!
Nothing is to much trouble, she goes way beyond what estate agents do offering to help on my ongoing house and helping my buyers.
Her service is second to non. I didn't know Kelly before but i can honestly say not only did she sell my house but she feels like a friend now by the way she looked after us.
So if youre thinking of selling get her on board, it will be the best decision you make! :)

When we contacted Kelly about the type of property we was interested in buying she listened very well and promised to keep in touch. Unlike other estate agents she kept in touch and when the right property was available she contacted us early in the process and made sure that we got the details and a viewing as soon as it was available. Throughout the process she maintained regular contact and was proactive in smoothing out any wrinkles that we encountered.
We were so impressed by Kelly that we asked her to sell our property. The marketing was first class, she had a great insight into property valuations and also an excellent list of potential buyers. Our house sold extremely quickly at a value that more than met our expectation. Once again she maintained a hands own approach throughout the whole sale process.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Kelly at Wainwrights. Very professional and personal approach and made the whole sale and moving process less stressful!

I cant say enough good things about wainwrights, they didn't just go the extra mile ,they went above and beyond anything I would of expected, 7 months with a well known agents ,but nothing,a week and a half with wainwrights and it was sold, I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like a friend that needed help,I dont regret a single penny I paid ,I definitely got value for money ,and I would use wainwrights again ,thank you Kelly and team

Would definitely recommend and use Wainwrights again, especially Kelly Woolford. She made the process smooth, quick and easy from start to finish. Throughout the process she helped me understand what was required and what was needed, there was no hassle from Kelly and she helped to take any stresses away from selling the house.
