We had the absolute pleasure of working with Simon and the team selling our property in Kirkstall. There were some challenges along the way (none to do with Simon and the team just some challenging buyers). However this made Simons service even better, as mentioned we had numerous set backs on the way (none which were out fault either) but every time Simon would stay positive and motivated to get the property sold.
Every time we spoke with Simon on the phone he was a pleasure, always asked how our kids are (we actually went through 1.5 pregnancies whilst working with Simon) and all of the personable touches.
I honestly can't explain how brilliant Simon and the team are - if you're selling a house in that area of Leeds and use someone else in my opinion you're making huge mistake! Without sounding cheesy part of me is gutted we've sold the house now so I don't get to chat to Simon anymore!
This is probably the best way I can explain how good Simon was is that if I bumped into him in a restaurant or pub I'd be over the moon and pay for everything for him then no doubt end up spending all night chatting! Thats not just because he's such a lovely personable man but equally because of how professional and brilliant he is!

I can’t say enough great things about Simon at Walker Smale! We switched to Walker Smale to list our home in Leeds after having a poor experience with another well-known agent in the Headingly area. We were extremely impressed with Simon’s professional and consistent communication as were always aware of any new developments during the sale. Simon secured high quality property photos that took advantage of the natural lighting in our property. The property description was detailed, accurate and presented our property in the best possible way. Simon suggested an excellent solicitor who took the stress out of home selling for us and got us to completion faster than the original estimate. If you’re looking for a professional estate agent with a personal touch, Walker Smale is the best in Leeds!

We've both bought and sold through Walker Smale in the past few years, and in both transactions it was a really positive experience. Simon helped us through the whole process, gave clear and very well-informed advice from his apparently-encyclopedic understanding of the local area and market, recommended and organised very capable local tradespeople where we needed a few bits and pieces (e.g. cleaning) done, professionally negotiated a fair deal on the price (both in buying and in selling), and then worked very effectively with the respective legal teams to get everything completed.

Walker Smale have been excellent. Simon gave us the highest valuation of 4 local estate agents and reassured us of his reasoning for being so confident. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area and was the most animated and interested in the property from the outset. This was backed up by an almost immediate sale for the asking price. We have yet to complete but Walker Smale remain on the ball throughout.
