Antony was our main point of contact and from the onset of marketing our property we can honestly say we have never met anyone with so much passion and enthusiasm for their job. He was informative, helpful, friendly and approachable with nothing being too much trouble for him. We chose Watkins Thomas because of their local knowledge. However, the photography was poor and badly presented. Ours is a more unusual property but this was not reflected positively or accurately in the marketing. Very disappointed to have zero interest. If the house was an average style, with average features then I would recommend Watkins Thomas. But for a unique build, I would appoint an agent with more enthusiasm and a better understanding of the demographic it appeals to.... Read more

The sale of my mother’s property was carried out very professionally- even though it took a few months. This was not due to the exceptional efforts of Mr Thomas who sold the house very quickly and at a higher price than we had anticipated. But more due to the legal chain issues further down the chain. Throughout this process Mr Thomas remained very positive and drove the experience very well. He gave regular feedback and updates - all of which was very reassuring. We found Steve, from Watkins and Thomas friendly, knowledgeable and booked an appointment within 3/4 days to view our fathers flat to make a valuation. We explained our intentions to replace the kitchen, and replace carpets and this would be likely to take around two weeks. Steve phoned two weeks later to check on progress, we needed a little longer. We found Steve and the staff at Watkins Thomas kept up to date with us, responded quickly to our calls and were friendly, polite and helpful. Our property was posted around 5:30 on the sat evening and viewed and an offer made of the asking price on the Monday. Couldn’t have gone any more smoothly. Highly recommend.... Read more
