The property was sold STC fairly quickly however the rest of the sale process took a fair amount of time however the communication did not fade and they were still available for help and support whenever needed.
They went above and beyond to help us in the sale and advised us according if we had concerns. Was moderately pleased with Adam and his agency. They were helpful when I was viewing the property and were also helpful when it came to the end of my tenancy, and resolving any issues with the house.
I lived at Flat 24, Flagstones at Granville Place, (HP20 2JS) and have to say it was NOT the best experience… in fact it was probably the WORST experience in quite a while.
I’ll start by sharing what was bad. I move in and the blinds are partially broken and need to be replaced. Ok. Then I hear that there’s a leak in the toilet ceiling so someone has to fix the paint near the window. Ok sure. Then there’s a huge water leak in the kitchen, and it’s so severe that it leaks to the neighbour living below me. Ok...... It was so dramatic that they had to remove the ENTIRE flooring in the kitchen. It smelt like MOULDY WATER and I had to leave the floor exposed for a week to let it dry out. Mind you, the landlord was extremely reluctant to provide me with any compensation and essentially said I had to live with this condition until it dries out. ??? only after much persuasion did she agree to compensate me 100quid (and I believe Adam helped with this so I am grateful to him)
You don’t even know how terrible it was….. I will also add that the place was dusty when I first moved in and there almost certainly was no professional cleaning done prior. There was mould in the washing machine, and when the washing machine is on, it vibrates and shakes the entire flat it feels like a spaceship is literally about to launch into space. I am so glad I have now moved out
Adam proved to be very professional in helping manage such a difficult situation with the landlord. He empathised with my situation and I believe he helped me persuade the landlord to get some form of compensation at least. He is a good agent.
Actually, there was one instance of questionable professionalism. I had a lot of trust with Adam throughout the course of my tenancy. There was once he wanted to bring interested tenants around the flat but I was not in at that time. However, as I trusted Adam, I was happy for him to enter the property whilst I was not there. I explicitly told him that allow him and him only to enter the property to show people around, and he agreed to it.
To my horror, I found out later from the security cameras that I have installed in my property that ADAM WASNT EVEN THERE, and that he instead had let another agent (his sister in law) to show strangers around my property. BEAR IN MIND that I have never met this sister-in-law of his and I had never gave her consent to enter. You can imagine my shock when I see two strangers in my property looking around at my stuff.
Furious, I messaged Adam to ask if he was there and he blatantly lied to me saying he was. I continued to ask again and he later admitted he was not in and asked his sister-in-law to do the viewing instead.
I understand that the workload can be very demanding at times and I don’t expect him to be in all the time. However, the bare minimum that I expect from anyone is honesty and integrity.
He could have very well told me that he was getting his sister-in-law to come in his place, but no he withheld that information from me. Especially given that I told him I only gave consent for HIM as I trusted him.
He eventually apologised for lying to me. But he had already violated my trust in him and his agency.
As I am writing this review, I also saw that the current property is let agreed. GOOD LUCK to the new tenant who is signing the lease for this place. I can only wish them the best and hope that another pipe doesn’t burst or that the washing machine doesn’t launch into space.
addendum:
while adam has replied and said he never said it was him viewing alone. i have explicitly said in my messages to him that i trust him, as per pictures. this actually just confirms that he didn’t listen to tenants requests. may have to lower my rating.

Made an appointment to view a house . The appointment was rearrange many times by email without even a call or text to see if the new time was OK. Turned up to the property and no one is here . Called and now been waiting over 30 minutes for a person to come view the property
The co owner has now responded to my post with LIES. I cannot believe how unprofessional you are . The viewing was changed multiple times during the week with no acknowledgement by me . The viewing was then changed again without telling me , I only found this out when I called. I was not given a personal call at all, i infact had to call 2 times myself before someone turned up and the person was still late . Then when the person finally turned up 30 mins from are actually appointment and 15 mins after the 'supposed" new appointment, the estate agent didnt even apologies until the end when I said that it was unprofessional.
I called the office and spoke to the girl who I spoke to twice this morning and she confirmed that they had not called me, proving the lies in the response

Adam and his team do an absolutely amazing job . Adam is a great negotiator and the fact they offer the lowest commission out of any of the other companies that we spoke to makes the whole experience that little bit better .
Special mention to Rachel that keeps on top of the progression after a sale has been agreed . I have to say there was not a single time that we messaged her and didn't have a response in less than 10 minutes . Absolutely well done to her she made our experience on the sale of the house so much smoother and above all she kept out buyer happy and informed all they way through and made sure we didn't lose the sale .

We found a property on rightmove late at night and whatsapp Adam who's contact details are on their web site. He immediately responded and arranged 3 viewings for the very next day. During our visit to various properties Adam was ever so helpful and demonstrated ample amount of knowledge and professionalism. He was very patient and gave us honest advices.
Once the sale was agreed it took a very long time for completion. While we were working hard to get the mortgage agreed it took nearly 5 months and during that time the team at 'we sold it' was very helpful and every time we called Adam he was ready to help.

I’d been trying to sell my property previously with 2 other agents before instructing Wesoldit. From the first meeting Rob could see the expired planning permission for several options to extend the property were really important to highlight, along with location and proximity to grammar schools. He highlighted what other agents had missed and the subsequent photos and property information produced was key and the quality outshone the previous by an absolute mile. Timeframes and communication have always been quick and throughout the process Rob and the team have been brilliant. If/when we come to sell again we will only use Wesoldit. Cannot recommend enough.

Quick, easy and efficient. Flat was listed on a Friday, by Monday I had 3 asking price offers. Ended up accepting an offer £10k over asking price. Communication with We Sold It couldn’t have been easier as it was all done via a dedicated WhatsApp group. Photos of the property really made it stand out from the rest. Rob was fantastic and made sure everything ran smoothly, zero stress whatsoever.
