Highly unprofessional company, we have been dealing with Veronica recently and made a formal offer on a property, it has since been 2 weeks without any response which as anyone would agree is highly unprofessional (first offer was responed to within 24 hours), whether the offer is acceptable or rejected you should provide a response to any an all clients you are dealing with. I Will also give a review on our local fairford leys fb group as it's only fair to residents of our community who buy an sell their homes to be aware that the middle man may not be doing there job effectively between parties in the sense if i was listing our fairford leys home i would want to know the estate agent is responding to any and all potential clients showing interest in the hope a deal may eventually present it self likewise if i was a buyer i would want confidence in knowing my offer was sent to the party and accepted or declined as i may then look to increase the offer but when you are dealing with this level of service it is hard to increase your offer thus the seller listing with them losing in the long term due to the estate agent you chose.

I can’t recommend this estate agent highly enough. They sold my house within just a few weeks, generated huge interest, and achieved a sale price well above the asking price — especially impressive given other agents dismissed the value I believed the property could achieve. This process wasn’t going to be easy for me, as I was moving from my home, due to divorce. Veronica and her lovely team have been very helpful at every step of the way, able to offer encouragement and advice about the process, and accompanying all potential buyers for each viewing, taking the pressure away from me.
Staff always took the time to call me back promptly with the viewers feedback. I found this very useful in trying to gauge the mood of the potential buyers, as well as encouraging

They are a great team. Andrea provided us with the mortgage related services and they have booked us in for a number of house views matching our criteria.
They followed up with a call to get a feedback on the properties a few days later and checked further what other properties might be of interest to us.

Second time using connells and I only have one word for them USELESS! They were late for viewings or just decided to not show up and leave people waiting outside, there was zero communication regarding viewing times. Shocking service if you want your house sold this isn’t the place to go.

Think twice before marketing your property with Connells at Fairford Leys, absolutely dreadful experience, poor management, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, lies, more cancelled appointments than confirmed, failure to attend appointments and advised us to reduce four times in four months despite setting the initial sale price, they will waste your time, only got any form of reaction when we gave notice to end contract, very unprofessional!

Connells in Fairford Leys have been nothing short of brilliant in making sure the recent sale of my Mother's flat completed last month.
The solicitors dealing with both the sale and purchase were dragging their feet but Veronica was on the phones daily chasing all parties involved and ensuring the buyers were kept informed and reassured at every stage.
Even when the solicitors needed something signed by my buyer, Veronica visited the house to assist her in completing the form.
I can honestly say that, despite the fact Connells were not the selling agent, Veronica was the only person chasing the chain whilst keeping my agent updated with the latest situation as they had no idea what was going on!
I believe that if Veronica hadn't got involved in the way she did we would still be waiting for completion and the whole sale would have been in jeopardy due the length of time it was taking to go through.
Thank you Veronica and Connells in Fairford Leys, you provided a 5 star service and I would recommend anyone thinking of selling to go straight to them!

As a local competitor to Aimee, writing a positive review may be seen as a cardinal sin! But I feel its only right as she was fantastic throughout a recent large chain we were both involved in. Her persistence kept the chain together at breaking point. Aimee deserves all the glory on this one!!!

This isn't my first house purchase, but it has been the most interesting one! I was extremely lucky to have Aimee and her team helping me, I will without any hesitation Recommend Connells at Fairford Leys. Aimee managed to disprove all those negative comments you hear about estate agents, Aimee was spot on with her advice, was always aware of what was going on and if she wasn't available, Maise or other members of Aimee's team always seemed to know what was going on. From the first viewing through to dealing with the Vendor, to dealing with what turned out to being a complicated chain I couldn't have wished for a better team of professionals. I do not normally give 5 star reviews as there is normally something that could have been done better but in this case I have nothing to complain about or question. Aimee you and your team are a credit to Connells and the estate agency business.

Aimee and the team at connells have been the best.
Going through the buying and selling process was quite daunting for me. Lots of paperwork, different agencies that need to be involved, getting to grips with terminology, and then finding somewhere to buy.
I barely know how to use my iPhone I am that behind with the times. I also struggle with complicated paperwork, numbers and figures. Give me some flatpacking to build, or some sort of physical exercise to do and I’m all sorted.
This is where Aimee and her team were worth their weight in gold. There was no point where I felt that I was being judged for asking them to explain on numerous occasions what was going on and why, and they kept going until I actually understood!
They were always prompt with correspondence, polite, and did a lot of intermediary stuff between other estate agents and the solicitors, and if left to me, things would have gone wrong!
We were in no rush to sell, but Aimee knew the market, and we sold within a week of going on market. The whole process was made easy and I’m grateful for all the help and support , and all the extra help and support we were given. Thankyou

The Fairford Leys office, especialy Samantha Nleya and Ruby Ahktar are the best.
These guys are excellent, they will give you plenty of time to view, and second view. More than willing to help with all aspects of the Sale. Even after you have an offer accepted the local branch still helps you, unlike some who palm you off onto some anonymous sales progression team, who have never met you.

What a team!! Our first contact was with the Aylesbury branch, where Samantha came to value the house. She was very professional, honest and direct. And I felt very confident that we'd made the right choice. It was Jordan's team at the Fairford Leyes Branch who initially sold our house. However the communication between the two branches was amazing, Even when Samantha took over as branch manager shortly after the sale. ALL the teams were brilliant. Each time I spoke to them, it felt everyone was on point and knowledgeable. The managers were fantastic, following up everyday and where necessary, with solicitors etc, so that everything remained on track. A great fantastic service, THANK YOU!

Just completed on the sale and purchase of my property in hp19 postcode. Had a really bad experience with another local agent, However Jordan and team, especially Anthony really helped me with good truthful knowledge, got me a fantastic final amount on my sale and found me the perfect settling place, with assistance from their advisor Calum. All in all I thoroughly believe what these guys are doing is superior to a lot of other agents in Aylesbury. Customer service is Key and these guys have oodles! Strongly recommended.
