Wenlock and Taylor have managed the HMO Lettings side of Brondesbury Baptist Church for over 20 years. In our opinion they are the best. In all the years they’ve looked after us there’s never been a problem they can’t solve or help with. We feel safe and reassured and know that we are in good hands. We deal with Darren and Nicole but the whole team are professional and provide excellent customer service. We are very grateful to have them as our managing agents.

We were looking for a flat in Kensal Rise and after not having our offer accepted on the first flat we saw, Nicole showed us another flat before it went live on the market as she had kept us in mind for dog friendly flats with a garden in the area. This was hugely appreciated, as was Nicole’s assistance in viewing the flat and ensuring everything was in good condition before we moved in. Best experience with an estate agent we have had - I would hugely recommend working with Nicole if you can!

Wenlock and Taylor managed the flat I rented for three years. They are a small but responsive and hardworking team. Every issue we have ever had has been resolved promptly and fully, and only one required particular effort from my side. Even after moving out when I purchased my first property, they have been fast to reply to my question. I miss having them by my side for household issues. You'll get what you put in with them: if you treat the rental property with care and love like it's your own, they'll do the same for you!

Sold my property in Kensal Green, it was really nice to deal with an agency who are not pushy or aggresive or confused but just calm, measured & logical in the handling of my sale. This is the total opposite of my experience with most agents in London and was very refreshing. In addition, the office/shop front on Chamberlayne Rd. does not look like a try hard sci-fi spaceship but is honest and without the usual estate agent bs - just like the company within. In my view this traditional appearance/style actually attracts more customers and potential buyers as I don't think people like the extra nonsense seen at other agencies. Thanks Peter Woolner & team.

I’ve encountered tens of real estate agents over the years but there are “the rest” and Wenlock and Taylor. I never thought I’d be recommending an estate agent because I’ve had such awful experiences but this team is kind, attentive, accessible and friendly like I’ve never seen before. I only dealt with the rental team, especially Nicole and Darren, but they were both a true pleasure to chat to and always there to help me in times of need!

AVOID! Terrible at managing property - slow to respond, no sense of urgency, high staff turnover which means that issues go back to square one when people leave. Do not use as a property management company.

I rented a flat through Wenlock and Taylor from 2014-2015. It's a small family run estate agency in Kensal Rise.
Nicole showed me the flat and was just the nicest down to earth person. The whole process or reference check to move in was seamless.
Absolutely recommended.

A “2old2skate”
Wenlock & Taylor have been the "property management" of our buildings since we moved in although I'd use the word management VERY loosely!
ALL emails go unanswered and when phoning their offices, you are bluntly told "no" when asking to speak to the relevant person.
We have complained about:
- Drug users injecting heroine within the buildings due to intercom systems not working correctly
- Domestic properties being used for commercial purposes (uninsured and using open flames to process their product, not to mention the smell and having to involve the Police due to no correspondence or follow ups from Wenlock & Taylor!)
- Other tenants disposing of refuge incorrectly leading to a rat infestation
- Squirrels nesting in our loft space due to a hole in the awning (an issue allegedly passed on from the exterminator on his first visit 5/6 years ago!)
Headed letters are sent to EVERY TENANT, threatening an increase in our yearly service charge rather than them spend any time into investigating and correcting the issues.
In conclusion, I wouldn't trust Wenlock & Taylor to manage a piss up in a brewery and clearly show themselves to be opportunistic money grabbers. I would strongly advise any renter or buyer to SERIOUSLY consider ANYONE else before resorting to this "management" company!

Good job I listened to my husband( he is just plumber, not highly educated, but as sharp as a tack) he saw through the inept high handed Richard soles who inhabit this company, if I had listened to this shower off incompetence I could have lost over half a million pounds in summary if u don't want to know what your property is really worth then use this. Firm, I wouldn't let them value or sell a doll's House

We have had Wenlock and Taylor for many years and everything takes too long to fix or a problem gets ignored and pushed under the rug. We have found out they have ignored issues for nearly two years and this is causing problems for the flats. Wenlock and Taylor get your act together.

I first used Wenlock & Taylor in 2005 to do a survey of a flat I wanted to purchase in Kensal Rise, and Jeremy Taylor did a very professional and thorough job. A few years later, I asked Wenlock & Taylor to rent the very same flat which they did quickly and successfully. More recently I asked them to do a valuation of the flat (same one) and sell it for me; which again, they did very successfully and also got more than the asking price for it. Throughout my dealings with Wenlock & Taylor, and in particular Peter Woolner in Sales, I cannot praise their reliable, straight forward, no nonsense approach enough. I have dealt with some very unsavoury estate agents in the past and Wenlock & Taylor's client service has been exceptional and outstanding. Their original 70s decor (which is fashionable again!) tells you that they have been in business in the area for a very long time and more important, it is reflected in their excellent "traditional" values in doing sound business with all too rare, courteous good manners! With so many rogue independent estate agents and arrogant personnel in the "big" or new chains I cannot praise Wenlock & Taylor enough. Thank you for supporting me through a very difficult transition and going the extra mile (literally) to make things happen on time (Peter you know what I'm talking about!) It has been a pleasure to do business with you. Huge thanks for being magnificent from start to finish.
