When I asked to view a couple of properties, I was asked to supply for evidence of funds. I was given appointment for these two properties (one on Hagley road and the other on Anderson Road). The next morning these two viewings were cancelled as the properties are off the market. Before giving appointment why they take personal details of the potential buyers? Is it a regulatory thing that estate agents to get evidence of funds? i will complain to ICO and others. This whole things seems fishy.... Read more
