We would 100% recommend using West Riding to buy or sell in Saddleworth. Our agent Gabrielle was AMAZING throughout the whole process and always kept us in the loop. When our first buyers pulled out a few days before exchange she was calm and measured, put the house back on the market in 24-hours and sold it again within a week. And when solicitors were being difficult and non-communicative (a common problem nowadays) Gabrielle always kept the lines of communication open. We’ve used other agents in the area who were frankly hopeless, so it was such a relief to use West Riding.

I felt really comfortable with Dannielle who did the viewings in my home she made it a pleasure and reassured me through this process which can be quite a stressful time. Having suffered for 8 months under an extremely poor local estate agent, we made the best decision in switching the sale to West Riding. Whilst the conveyancing process was long and convoluted I couldn't have wished for more from Billy and the wider team. Nothing was too much trouble, he was always helpful, cheerful and above all proactive. Despite difficult purchasers and uninterested solicitors Billy did everything he could to keep us informed and drive the process forwards. There are some poor performers amongst Estate Agents, but West Riding are exceptional at what they do. I recommend them, and Billy, unreservedly.

I cannot emphasise what an excellent, professional and generally likeable individual this is.
