Excellent in all respects:)
We've stayed in a really lovely flat with views of the sea for 12 months that we found through West Beach properties and everything throughout has been of the highest level.
The WB team were super flexible and helpful at the beginning in arranging the initial viewing and moving in (we were moving in from abroad so had limited flexibility on our side regarding viewing and arrivals). And since then any minor issue has been addressed quickly and professionally.
Kim, Steph, Manon and the team not only have a wealth of experience in understanding the Lettings market, but have as part of their DNA an attitude that values the tenant as being at the heart of everything they do.

I called about a viewing and we agreed on a viewing at 12 for the next day. Later, I get an email asking if the viewing time could be changed to 11:30, which I accept. Even later, I get another email saying my viewing time had been moved to 12:30. ON THE DAY, I receive a voicemail asking whether I could get there by 12:15... to which I didn't even have time to reply, before I got another call asking if I could make it for 12: back to the original time. I cancelled the viewing as I don't think this is serious at all. Your agents need to manage their time better, as people can't be at their disposal and it obviously doesn't give a very good look to the agency.

"We have stayed at Westbourne Place in Hove, as a long-term rental while our property chain was delayed, and it was a fantastic experience. Kim was incredibly accommodating with excellent communication throughout our stay. The house is lovely, well kept, and even had some thoughtful touch-ups like fresh paint during the tenancy.
Although usually rented as an airbnb for shorter stays, It has worked perfectly as a family home, with paid parking available on the road and an easy walking distance to the beach, as well as great transport links. Highly recommend both the property and the host!"

After trying for a few years to book a holiday accommodation in Brighton I finely found the perfect rental place. Kim and her associates were so helpful. The rental we found through them was perfect for our needs. Booking from Canada is not easy but West Beach Properties certainly made it seem that way. I look forward to booking again next year. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a holiday let in the Brighton and Hove area .

Kim is a fantastic host, she is very guest focused and if any problems arise she gets them sorted out straight away so that you can enjoy your stay. Very responsive and always responds quickly. West Beach Properties has excellent host ratings on AirBnB and all the properties that they manage have excellent ratings as a result of their diligence in looking after guests and being there for them when help is needed.

Kim, Stef and Richard are always very helpful to give the best service! I usually let my place for short-let. Our communication is very smooth and they find a nice tenant. That's why I can relax when I am away :)

I honestly could not have asked for better service from Kim and her whole team. I had 15 crew and cast members to put up in accommodation whilst shooting a tv series in Brighton over Summer 2024. Kim's selection of properties was perfect and there was a perfect space for everyone. Kim supported myself and all guests, going above and beyond to ensure incredible service for everyone. I cannot recommend West Beach enough and wish there was a Kim in every city I filmed in!

We had a wonderful two-month stay at the holiday let managed by West Beach Property. The location was great, very peaceful. The cooking facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for our family meals. The quick and reliable wifi was a huge plus, and the spacious living room with lovely furniture made our stay even more enjoyable. Richard and Kim from West Beach Property were exceptional hosts—friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive to any issues we encountered. We rented a lovely lower ground floor flat in Montpelier Avenue, Hove, through Westbeach Properties.
The property was stupendous. Ideal location, clean and lovely decor.
Westbeach properties, we dealt with Kim and her four legged assistant Teddy!, were efficient, polite and attentive at all times.
I do not hesitate to recommend Westbeach properties as well as the lower ground floor flat In Montpellier Avenue.

I was looking for a long term let in Brighton and I am so glad I found Kim; she was quick to respond even with the time difference of me being in America. Everything was booked within days, super easy. I stayed for 4 months and Kim checked in every once in a while, the owner of my flat was lovely, all around a great experience. I will definitely use West Beach when I return to Brighton.

West Beach Properties are great to deal with. Kim makes booking the holiday let simple and easy. The property we booked was splendid. A real home from home. Clean, tidy and everything we needed for a mini-break in Brighton/Hove. Osborne Villas is so conveniently situated for restaurants, bars and the lovely seafront. I'd thoroughly recommend.

We stayed at one of the West Beach Properties in Shoreham at the weekend. The apartment is in one of the 50s blocks that are common in that area. It was modern, light, welcoming and well equipped, with comfy beds. The communication with Kim at West Beach was great, the property was easy to find. It was good to have parking and the beach was a minutes walk. I would recommend, if you are looking for a quiet seaside break, but with pubs and restaurants nearby.

Very positive experience with Kim. She helped us find a short term let just before the first lockdown. It proved to be in the perfect location, 5 minutes from seafront and close to our daughter's flat. It was so good we stayed for 11 out of the following 13 months and checked out last weekend. Flat was brilliant for our needs. Kim's calm and helpful advice backed up by solid admin provided by Charli was great. We will definitely visit West Beach Properties again if the need arises.

My girlfriend and I entered a tenancy in through Kim at Westbeach. She was amazing at first, did everything she could to help. As soon as we had moved in, that's where the help & support stopped. Literally everything was breaking in the flat, whilst we were left to wait and sort it out ourselves. The Bedroom window collapsed and almost fell out of its frame and stayed broken for the ENTIRE PERIOD in which we were there, the fridge was broken so we had to bring in a second one, the shower was broken, we had problems with hot water and central heating, the oven was broken, it was just a pure mess! She had even shown us our own private balcony/outside area to secure the sale, with lovely talks about sunbathing in the summer and enjoying being outdoors during lockdown, even in an upstairs flat, just like the 'previous tenant'.
However, when we moved in we had a horrible neighbour giving us verbal abuse for being outside on our own property. We were then strictly told it was not for our use by Kim. The downstairs neighbour just happened to be friends with the landlord, John. He made various comments about making us leave and 'speaking to John and seeing what he says'
We then had to fight to withdraw from the tenancy. It was missold to us in the first place, but then this horrible neighbour filed a complaint and Westbeach & the Landlord jumped straight to his side.
If you needed to speak to Kim, the replies are slow, you have to explain and re explain your situation time and time again, and even then information she had was quite often blatantly incorrect and made me wonder what the hell she was actually doing. Worst letting and living experience to date. They've been dishonest with the handover report after we had left also, but luckily we took all our own photos before leaving and we will be following up with legal action.
Thanks for nothing Kim and the amazing Westbeach team. I'm sure you'll find another sucker for that joke of a flat.

After the first lockdown early in 2020 l found myself needing ongoing short term accommodation. After speaking with Kim at West Beach, she found me a wonderful short stay option just off Hove seafront. The accommodation was perfect for me and the communication and customer service provided by Kim was amazing. She certainly takes pride in what she does and I always felt well looked after. I ended up staying at three of West Beach's properties over 9 months or so, and they were all fantastic. Can't recommend Kim and West Beach highly enough.

We wanted a short term rental over the summer in Brighton. We like to use smaller, local companies and contacted West Beach Properties in Hove.
Kim found us a nice house in a good area close to the city centre and the sea. The price was reasonable and we booked for 3 months. We actually stayed very happily for 4 months.
There were a couple of smallish things that needed fixed and Kim had these sorted out very quickly.
Overall a really good stay and we will certainly turn to Kim at West Beach for future stays in the Brighton area.

From the moment we first spoke to Kim at Westbeach, she was more helpful than anyone else we'd spoken to.
We had a very particular brief and she was confident she could work with it... and she did, finding a great property on the terms we required.
Throughout the let she was supportive and helpful.
At the end of the letting period she went out of her way again to help us with something rather complicated.
Kim doesn't just go the extra mile, you can tell she's a kind and generous person. We immediately trusted her and, it turns out, with good reason.
So we can't recommend Kim and Westbeach highly enough.

Kim White and her colleague were tremendously communicative, polite, professional and helpful when trying to find a rental in the Brighton and Hove area.
If I had known all the hoops and hassles I would have to go through with all the other property 'professionals' I met beforehand, I would have called Kim first!
So for any holiday rentals in the Brighton & Hove areas, my advice would be to simply call Kim first!

West Beach properties were absolutely outstanding. I relocated from NYC to the U.K. and stayed at one of West Beaches locations for 8 weeks.
During that time Kim who runs west beach was nothing short of exceptional. I required flexibility with a number of things and Kim was always on hand to help out. She’s warm, friendly and dedicated to a great customer experience.
If you’re looking to stay in any of the areas they cover skip anyone else and go straight to West Beach. The service and range of quality properties are far superior to any other alternatives.

Kim from Westbeach Properties is fantastic! Highly organised, efficient, professional, helpful.... & all with a big smile on her face.
It was the first time I'd decided to rent out my home as a holiday flat this summer and Kim navigated me through the process beautifully. In fact there was very little for me to do, she took the lead and assumed responsibility for the majority of it. My home was well looked after by the guests and left clean and tidy for our return. The money I earnt paid for our holiday! Happy all round.

My flat is for sale and until it is sold I decided to try and see if Kim could book a few nights to avoid leaving it empty and I cannot praise her enough! She is very responsive, always keep me updated and is getting extremely good levels of occupation. I am even more impressed as my flat is in Worthing... More importantly, she is very trustworthy.
I strongly recommend her for anyone looking to market their property. Not only is she a treat to deal with, but she REALLY knows what she's doing.

I arrived in Hove in August this year not knowing anyone in the area, and I popped into Westbeach Properties office looking for a property to rent. The rents were a little bit to high at the time, but Kim mentioned a room share in Hove and put me in contact with the owner. This has enabled me to stay here and also to look for a property to buy in Hove in the near future. Kim was extremely kind and efficient and she goes the extra mile and highly recommend.
