Working is WhiteGate is smooth, fast and reliable procedure and a lovely staff. Lucy one of the agents was super helpful when we moved in and afterwards she's still helpful if you need anything and can help you get to your help point. The houses are nice and neat. I recommend it

Booked a video viewing with them as lived 200 Miles away. Emailed them that I liked the property and would like to book it. They confirmed landlord has accepted our application and insisted we come in person once to do the viewing.<br><br>I traveled with my wife and 7 months old baby driving 200 Miles to see the property on a Saturday, all good. I emailed back saying we are happy to move in a few weeks, got a reply that landlord has accepted someone else’s application and he preferred them.<br><br>Very very disappointed, if the letting agency had recommended 2 applications to the landlord, they should have let us know honestly in the first place and they didn’t.<br><br>This would have saved me and my family 400 Miles return trip from Suffolk to Stoke on Trent. And we could have goon on any other day where we could have viewed more property’s. Very very bad experience with this “Whitegates Macclesfield” Letting Agency. Don’t trust their words.

The letting team Hannah, Lucy and Ben are always there at the end of the phone so I can liaise with my tenants. Chris and his team have managed our HMO portfolio for four years now, and their service has been exceptional. They provide an extremely detailed and personal approach, and they are genuinely forward-thinking and caring. They are not like other managing agents who just want to make a quick buck.

I rented with whitegates in stoke on trent for 2 years and i can say that i had a wonderful experience with Chris and rest of the staff. Wouldn’t Recommend. Unprofessional and un trustworthy during the moving out process. Rented with them for 2 years, always paying rent on time and causing no issues. When it came to moving out blamed us for existing problem and disputed any response we had. Taking un necessary money from our deposit and provided poor customer service.

Had a wonderful experience with Martin & Co. Chris was very professional and very knowledgeable about sales. He kept in regular contact via telephone and videos keeping us updated of the process. He handled all viewings exceptionally, and went above and beyond for the people who came to view. The photographs were done beautifully on the home listing and showed it in its best light. The sale went ahead during covid which made Chris's job much harder yet he still achieved. I just want say a big thank you to everyone involved in the sale. I dont think it would of been quite the same without you. I highly recommend their services to everyone.

Greedy,layer,cheater company ever I had experience over 11 years in the UK.
My experience from the Martin and co especially one of the staff Becky.
Absolutely arrogant, layer into your face and speak with you unacceptable. House that I left were absolutely clean I have 124 images from it in and out including the oven.
We agreed £50 deduction (which was not reasonable deduction anyway. I showed to my lovely neighbours to get their advices) They explained the deduction for the owen clean....
I thought lets be happy everyone take it then .After I moved to overseas it's raised up to £150 .They are extremely greedy unreliable company .

Actually we both new that would not be straight forward as we know your office and landlord's attitude. But let me take some
Indication too. We lived in the property 7.5 years that the rent has never ever been late or whatsoever.
When my son was 2 years old (just like the landlord son) we have left in the property with wrong boiler no hot water and heting that was uncomfortable in January with the baby for over two years despite of the regular reports. This was disgusting and I presume illegal too from side of landlord.
At the very first agreement included the wrong appliances will be replaced that never been happened so we bought new dishwasher,new washing machine,also we fitted a water purifier which is cost £800 only this all left in the property.total cost circa £1600 we never moaned for it.
Moreover throughout 7.5 years of period we paid at least £54000 an
Is it absolutely outrageous that these minor issues the reason that you would like to deduct our deposit. We showed all fairness, maintained, decorated the property every single year.
I showed all neighbourhood's the property and all of them said that wouldn't be any problem at all.We all loved by our lovely neighbours that they were said will help us to take this case further if necessary. The stuff in the garde will be cleared out one of the neighbour tomorrow morning.
Also I taken pictures very detailed that you required that isn't rich the standard of your office in case of the further steps .
Please note I do not stay for a long back in Hungary .
If any deduction will applied against our deposit I will definitely go further .It is absolutely unacceptable, outrageous, disgusting.
By the way I wundering how others leave the property after .
