Me and my partner have just bought our first home through Whittley Parish.
We had our viewing accompanied by Lene Christensen-Martin who was an absolute delight.
Throughout the whole mortgage process Lene or any of her colleagues were always on the other end of the phone to assist with updates and chase solicitors on our behalf.
She was just as excited as me when she called to congratulate us on our completion date being set.
Such a delight to deal with and neither Lene or any of her colleagues wavered in their enthusiasm to help whenever I asked.

The WP team in Long Stratton have been absolutely fantastic helping sell our house. So much easier to work with than other estate agents we’ve experienced in the past. Each member of staff was friendly and acted as if they cared about our house as much as we do. Having not heard back by the end of the working day, I followed up in the evening by completing a Rightmove enquiry form setting out our details and situation being a “ready to move” cash buyer with nothing to sell. Rachel helped us sell our house with in 2 days of being on the market. We had 2 asking price offers, which was only achieved because of Rachels knowledge and client base. The purchase of our home was a lengthy one due to covid and other problems. The team at long Stratton endeavoured to provide us with continuous updates, whilst also chasing solicitors, estate agents and management companies right to the top of the chain. They also showed compassion and went above and beyond to help the elderly lady we was purchasing from.

At last -a proactive Estate Agent. Whittley Parish sold my house in weeks of having it on their books And up to the sale they had shown around a steady stream of qualified buyers. They took the whole matter into their hands leaving me nothing to stress or worry over. They kept in constant touch every step of the way And I know my buyers got Gold standard customer care too. All Estate Agents are not created equal Whittley Parish are exceptional in terms of their ethics, customer care, going the extra mile and selling your home. My home wasn't even "on their patch" But I wanted to use them after trying several other agents who claimed to be marketing my house, but posting it online is not proactive marketing, and there were only 1 or 2 viewings by people inthe market for a different kind of property. In sharp contrast Whittley Parish have laser targeted marketing down to a fine art. If you are buying, selling or letting, go to the best first and save yourself all of the stress that usually comes with buying or selling. If you are trying to sell with someone else and it's not working out switch to Whittley Parish and feel the stress lift away.

Sold our house with them recently. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Had a bad experience with a different estate agent which left us feeling frustrated and disheartened but as soon as went with Whittley Parish we were made to feel very looked after. Rachel is to friendly and honest.
Mortgage was also done by their in house advisor Tom. Who was also absolutely brilliant at putting our application together and helping us get what we needed and more in order for us to move to our dream home. Can not recommend them both enough.

Used the services of Whittley Parish several times now, each time the service has been exceptional they are a lovely group of people to deal with.
When looking to sell my most recent house I emailed purely to check the latest fees and Rachel immediately called me to say that she already had a prospective purchaser, this prospective purchaser viewed straight away and went on to purchase the property, the property never even made it to the open market.
The liaising between buyers/sellers and solicitors was seamless with excellent communication throughout.
