I would just like to give a recent review of the service we have received as current tenants of a properly managed by Whittley Parish. We have been renting this property for 3 years and the service we have recieved from them is brilliant. We first saw the property on Rightmove and were able to quickly book in a viewing. The viewing allowed us to really look at the property and ask any questions we had. After agreeing to go ahead with the property the process was smooth and very professional. We received the contract in a timely fashion. Since we have been here, we have picked up on a few issues with the property, all of which we have immediately reported to the office and they have quickly booked in someone to come and assess it and fix it. They are easy to get a hold of on the phone, quick at responding to emails and are genuinely very reliable, approachable and proactive. We were also made aware of the new changes to Private Tenant laws and any other information by email. I would really recommend Whittley Parish, they are someone we would like to stay with should we look at moving elsewhere and likely when we eventually buy a home. Thank you for your service.

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing viewing experience.
The agent, John, appeared 20 minutes late, did not greet us on arrival, and immediately made it clear that he was short on time and said it would have to be a quick viewing. As prospective tenants, it’s hard not to wonder why a viewing was scheduled at all if viewing times aren’t adhered too and you’re treated like an inconvenience. The viewing felt rushed from start to finish, and many of our questions about the property could not be answered.
This experience was a disappointment for us as we were strongly considering it as a property.

We have been looking for a property for my mum in our village Jade showed us round a number of different houses we requested for viewing and also suggested and arranged for us to see some others on the same afternoon. We saw several estate agents during that afternoon but my mum, brother and I all felt that Jade was by far the most prepared and knowledgable re all the properties. She was also incredibly friendly and on the ball.

Everyone at Whittley Parish were really friendly and professional right from the start, showing us around the house and progressing the purchase. Lizzy in particular did an amazing job to keep on top of things due to a protracted conveyancing process which was out of our control. Without her assistance we'd probably still not have completed, so we're very grateful to her and the team in Attleborough.
