The service we received from Charlotte, Branch Manager, Mason Hiat and Archie and the rest of the team at Hylands Parade was absolutely outstanding. We had problems near exchange and completion and without Charlotte’s input in particular with liaising with our new build developer’s Directors in Norfolk, we would have lost the purchase. Every time we rang the office, we were treated kindly and sympathetically, nothing was too much trouble. Charlotte would reassure us even after normal office hours. We give Charlotte and her Team 5 stars and would definitely recommend them for sales and purchase.

He was very patient, and explained all the steps for us. He was also very vigilant and found us a great deal for our mortgage. And in this climate, it was extremely appreciated.
Our purchase was an odd case, and took over 10 months to complete. But Aki was with us every step of the way, answering emails very promptly, and shared his knowledge generously.

From point of contact asking for advice about a Probate Valuation (that would not be resulting in a sale opportunity), the team were extremely helpful and friendly. Mason visited the home to make a valuation and was very polite, understanding and considerate of my Father's feelings.
Other agents had either wanted a fee for making a valuation or would not take the time to do a home visit but provided a desk top valuation but Mason and the team gave their time to provide a full service.
If and when a sale is required, we will remember the excellent service provided and offer them the opportunity of a sale.

The guys at the Chelmsford South Branch of William H Brown are fantastic. During a rather challenging sale and purchase the team have been so helpful to make sure the whole chain have been able to move into their new Houses.
At points Charlotte and Mason were working up and down the chain whilst keeping me in the loop, which was extremely helpful and ensured any nerves were kept at a minimum.
I couldn't reccomend this Estate Agents enough, hopefully I don't have to for a while, but I wouldn't hesitate using them again in the future!

I recently sold my house through William H Brown which ended up being a little bit of a tricky transaction. Mason was the Property Appraiser who came to give us the valuation and I found him to be very professional and very helpful.
