We had very precise requirements for a property we wanted to purchase. We contacted William Jones because a family member had been impressed by their service previously. Natalie had extensive knowledge of the market and found us a property which met our requirements. When we bought our house, our vendor used William Jones and the service was excellent so when we were helping my parents purchase a property nearby, we went back to them. If anything, the service was even better. Natalie couldn’t do too much for us - multiple visits, excellent communication, answering endless questions about very specific requirements. She is extremely friendly and handled my mum very calmly and gently (she was buying remotely so therefore quite anxious). She even gave us a lot of personal contacts for tradespeople, which was really helpful. She made an extremely stressful process run very smoothly and next time we want to move, I’ll be asking for her. What an asset.

We have recently completed a sale and moved into a rented accommodation with William Jones, and have been nothing but delighted with the help of the whole team.
As with any sale and move there have been some speed bumps along the way, and with every single issue WJ have been the rock we could count on. As a first time buyer, my buying experience has been far from positive. I had an offer accepted on a property in July knowing there was a tenant living in the property. It was agreed with the seller we would exchange and complete once the tenant leaves on October 13th 2021. The tenant decided to leave a week early to which I ensured my solicitor was still ready to complete on or before 13th October. To my bemusement, the property has been relisted by William Jones (the same agents used for the sale) for rent before even informing me she has decided to pull out of the sale. If this isn't unprofessional, I don't know what is!!

I can't recommend the services of William Jones enough, I spoke with three different agents for a valuation on my property, two of which came over as very 'corporate' in comparison to the friendliness of the staff at William Jones. I was thoroughly supported throughout the process of the sale and the staff went above and beyond when required. The entire sales process was kept 'in house' which meant I didn't need to be passed through different departments at different stages - something the corporate companies couldn't offer. Their fees are also reasonable given the service levels they give. I will certainly be using them again in the future.
