After minimal success with our first Agent in selling our house, we chose to move to 'James Gesner Estate agents' due to their knowledge of Wallingford and the surrounding area and specifically one area. Having the team represent our sale, and then to find us a property in the area we were looking to move, I would comment that James and the team were exceptional. The data (marketing report) that they provide against the sales element was informative, the viewings that they conducted, were very professional and the correspondence was always relevant, and always available. Time wasters. They don’t include pet restrictions in ads. When we ring to ask about pets, they state “pets will be considered on application”. Then once we view the property and put in an application, they state pets will not be accepted. They must get some form of commission per application…... Read more
