Outstanding service from the team.
Vanessa was absolutely outstanding and supported me through every avenue to which we succeeded and i now have a beautiful new home.
Vanessa responded to every single email, called me regularly to up date me and this sale wouldnt have happened without her. Sahun was also fantastic with his calm and reasuring manner.
The branch is very welcoming and i would highly recommend usingthem.

What an absolute nightmare this transaction has been. Starting with my buyers solicitor (their partner company) not being able to do shared ownership, which they recommended knowing fully well it was a shared ownership property. It was all down hill from here. We gave them months to sort the buy and sell documents out whilst our new house was going through surveys, however none of this was prepared. A complete lack of planning and organisation. When it came to completing, which took 5 attempts, we were completely shocked by the rude staff and how we were treated. A lack of communication led us to having to call each day for an update and when doing this we were shouted at and and accused of micro managing and patronising, words from the branch partner. When we decided to go in to branch to get a clear understanding of what is going on, after having no communication ( 2 days before mortgage expiry), the branch manager was rude and completely unprofessional. Telling me that he will not speak to me any further and will completely close all of the accounts because I said I do not trust him to do what is needed after lying to us on numerous occasions. I then had to reiterate that he is willing to let 3 house sales fall through because I said this, of which he confirmed. How pathetic! Their mortgage broker incorrectly put in the wrong amount for my property which led to all 3 sales nearly falling through, of which The branch manager would of have known. Instead of telling us this, he led us to believe we were awaiting another lender to release money. The whole process was a complete disgrace, unprofessional, rude and dishonest staff.

This morning I’m coming to social media to say my voice won’t be silenced so easily. This is not something I do lightly but at times others need to know the truth and feel they can do the same. I’m saddened by my treatment, actually I’m really hurt by the dismissive nature of the staff at WP. They have no regard of customer care and will tell you what they know you want to hear to appease you. They’ll string along and then cut you down when it suits them. They will pass the blame and no one not even management will really accept responsibility. I hope this post will allow those in charge to do better training and really work on best practice resolution.

We recently let our property in Milton Keynes through Wilson & Peacocks & it was fantastic experience to work with every single member of the team. Once we notified them about our intension to put property on market every thing went so smooth--advertised with good quality profession pictures, tenancy agreed within 3 days & follow up till tenant moved in was great.
We highly recommend Milton Keynes team & this is second time we got property rented by them n I am sure we will be in touch in future as well.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Heavy pushing for my mother to sign up to sell her flat. ''We have buyers lined up to purchase your flat, we will definitely sell it''. None of that happened. My mother has to sell her flat quickly and can't wait any longer for the almost complete inaction at Wilson Peacock. We want to move to another more local agent with better reviews which happens to be part of the same Group. I spoke with Shaun the manager and asked him to immediately take down the listing but he refused, citing that the Contract requires 2 weeks notice. Shaun wouldn't even support a Group company and that tells you a lot. He also said that he would take no responsibility for what was said to my mother several weeks ago. It seems that commitments only work one way at Wilson Peacock. I would strongly recommend avoiding this Estate Agent.

Matthew and George are both amazing. They never pressured us or rushed us into anything and they were always very helpful and honest. Don't read into the 1 star reviews on here too much because I really cant see how they can be truthful.

I had a viewing with Matthew this morning and he was more than helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout.
Matthew answered all of my questions and also went through fees and application processes with me so I left satisfied with my viewing and confident with what I had to do to move forward.

The worsed estate agents ever, i moved out 2 months ago and i still dont have my deposit back, they come up with excuse after excuse, not that you ever get a reply from them until you send loads of emails and wait a week or more, the hole time i lived there was a nightmare as well i just want to be done and free of them and to avoid them like the plague, i would name one of them that has been terrible with customer service but they dont talk to eachother so its all terrible im stuck repeating myself and going over and over, and they have even threatended me a few times when i have done nothing wrong, horrible horrible people

Worst experience ever with thi agency, they were trying to get extra money from me. Not proffesionl, and Matthew is a big liar. Please reconsider when you want to rent anything with this agency. They will try to rip you off of yor deposit and your money. WORST EXPERIENCE with Matthew at wilson p'eacock. If he is like that and he doesnt get fired then all the team is the same. SHAME on you

Branch Manager Ms Claudia Smith at Wilson Peacock has been amazing since she took over at the branch. She always responds to any email promptly.
She is always so pleasant on the phone and nothing is too much trouble for her. She has restored my trust in Wilson Peacock and I would actually recommend them now that Claudia has taken over the managers role.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if, as an estate agent, you make an appointment for a viewing with a potential buyer..... It helps if you, the estate agent, actually show up to that appointment. How do you expect to sell properties for customers if you can't show up for a viewing!?

I have just recently sold my house through Wilson Peacock in Milton Keynes and i can not recommend them highly enough. They are a very professional team, lead by the very impressive Vanessa Hill, when i say impressive, I mean impressive. Her customer service is second to none, always keeping in contact with you and making sure you understand the process. Her team are also very help, answering the phones quickly, answering any questions they can or passing on the query or message to those who can.
In simple terms, if i had to sell another house Vanessa, her team and ultimately Wilson Peacock would be the first estate agents i would call.

What a great team at Wilson and Peacock CMK. They sold our house within 2 weeks and looked after us throughout the whole process. We had a hiccup nearer to the end which was pushing back our move date right before Christmas. Instead of letting this happen, two members of the team ( Vanessa and Jamie) travelled 6 hours to our buyers solicitor and hand delivered the contract so we could exchange on time.
The Mortgage Consultant, Dina, also helped in all areas to make sure it went through smoothly.

I asked them to list my property for sale and this is the slowest estate agent I have worked for ever. I am a landlord and keep buying and selling proprieties all over the country and I must say this branch is the most unprofessional branch I have ever dealt with. Took them three weeks from the day details were agreed to posting and another four weeks for to arrange first viewing, really!!!
