I just wanted to share some feedback regarding Wilson Peacock and James Richens.
I’ve been working with James and the Wilson Peacock team for a significant amount of time now, and I can’t express enough how fantastic they have been. Their support, professionalism, and the way they facilitate everything have been exceptional.
I manage multiple rental properties, and although I don’t use their full managed services, I rely on them to find tenants. I’ve always been proud to have Wilson Peacock —and especially James Richens.—supporting my property portfolio. They’ve consistently helped me secure the right tenants and have played a key role in enabling my growth over the years.

Called numerous times to check the status of a property 27.11.25 (allegedly placed on the site -the same day) and stated they'd call me back. The agents never called me back. They didn't care is the assumption.
