From Lockdown on the west coast of Ireland, we were trying to sell an apartment in West Hampstead to an Italian couple living in Italy. Miles organised cleaners, painters, a self storage company and others. Gently but firmly he edged and cajoled both professionals and agents to bring the sale to a conclusion.
