Able Estates was recommended to me by a good friend of mine who said he was happy with their services. I tried them after experiencing challenges with a different agent and I can confidently say this was the best decision ever. Ruth was very warm from the onset and walked me through the process. There were no hidden or unexpected fees and their terms of business were clear and easy to understand. Ruth went above and beyond by offering to meet a service provider that was doing my check in inventory at no added costs. I’ve had (and have) a very positive experience as a tenant with this management company. They are professional, well organised and always quick to respond to any queries or maintenance requests. Communication has been clear throughout and issues are dealt with efficiently and without fuss.
It’s reassuring to deal with a management team that takes proper care of the property and treats tenants with respect. Overall, it’s been a smooth and stress free experience, and I would happily recommend them to others.
Hopefully I will remain in this property for at least 10 years :)

The Property Management team from Able Estates has been nothing short of wonderful, from the start of the tenancy, and continuing. They have supported us in many different cases in very short turnaround times, from boiler change to fixing the radiators, changing the broken oven and many different things. Always very responsive and helpful, and in all honestly they have restored our trust in estate agencies, having had bad experiences in the past. We are very happy with their services as a family and are very content they are the agency managing our tenancy.

Able Estate is a reliable and best Estate agent who will go that extra mile to make sure everything works for you. From the first day we were shown a house to finish, they stood by us and are always available to let you know the true state of things. We were first time buyers with no idea of the mortgage market.
They introduced us to a financial broker and solicitors who were geniuses in the mortgage market. Everything went smoothly and fast. We can't thank you enough. Great Team.
