Very impressed with the excellent communication both by email and phone. Sue was extremely helpful in dealing with any queries and problems. She recommended a very efficient surveyor who came out very quickly and we received a report within a week.

Firstly undervalued the sale, said they would help to find our desired property but no help there. Communication informing us of house viewing very poor . Felt we did most of the work

Sales progression team seem good but agents are not great. Gave poor advice and didn't put forward offers.

Excellent service from a reputable local company. Our house sold in a week. Their staff are experienced & it shows, unlike some of the other Estate Agents. Would use them again & recommend them.

The staff at Abode were extremely helpful from the start of our sales process to completion. David was great during negotiations and Ann was amazing when it came to any issues regarding other parties lack of communication. Would recommend.
