I would say the service level is dependant on the agent assigned.
I had to do a lot of chasing for feedback.

Began well, but soon tailed off as no viewings materialised. Never met staff other than valuer and agents who had never seen the property were expected to carry out viewings. HPersonal communication became nonexistent after 4 months with only 3 viewing having taken place.
Forced to change agent!
