I would highly recommend anyone selling their house to use Adams estate agents! From start to finish they’ve been friendly, professional and have gone over and above during our buying and selling process. We have mainly dealt with Claire and Kate who have been excellent and very supportive during a very stressful time, but any member of the team have been willing to help if we have rung with any questions or queries. The communication throughout has been great, always keeping us informed or just checking in with us.
We have done several house moves over the years but Adams have hands down been the best estate agents we have used. We hope we don’t need their services any time soon, but if we did we wouldn’t hesitate to use them! Thank you so much !

Excellent service from Adam Real Estate Runcorn
I had a very positive experience with Adam Real Estate Runcorn. It is where I found the house that I bought, and the team were helpful and professional throughout the whole process.
They were always quick to respond and they supported my solicitor by providing the paperwork from the previous owners on time, which made everything much easier and less stressful.
They also kept me informed about any items that the sellers planned to remove from the house, so I knew exactly what to expect before completion.
Thank you for your support and great service — I would definitely recommend Adam Real Estate - Runcorn to anyone looking to buy a home.

To be honest I was disgusted with them. Twice I asked the agent if there was anything that I should know about the house that they had for sale before travelling 5 hours by car and spending two nights in a hotel to go and view this house And was told nothing. The house needed tens of thousands of pounds of work on it, It was awful and The garden alone would have cost in excess of 15,000 pounds It was a completely wasted trip which cost me in excess of 300 pounds. I hope that the right person reads this and could reimburse me for my wasted trip

Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Avoid!
