Whilst the service up to sale agreed was fine after that limited if any progress, no sense of urgency, no keeping clients up to date
Dates for completion kept being put back
Resorted to speaking to my solicitor as MM were hopeless
No update at all the week of completion so if it was left to them I wouldn’t know whether I was supposed to be completing today

Alasdair Morrison cost me over £20,000 extra in unnecessary stamp duty!!
They lied to us saying the developer would only accept buyers without a chain, the developer told us this wasn't true.
Even the developer changed to a different Estate agent due to Alasdair Morrisons poor performance.
