Excellent, professional team at Newark, who kept us informed and supported us throughout the process of selling. Not only did they dot Is and cross Ts, they also did it in a way which was felt personal and sensitive to our attachment to the house, as a home.

Whilst the service up to sale agreed was fine after that limited if any progress, no sense of urgency, no keeping clients up to date
Dates for completion kept being put back
Resorted to speaking to my solicitor as MM were hopeless
No update at all the week of completion so if it was left to them I wouldn’t know whether I was supposed to be completing today
