I was updated regularly regarding viewings of the property and given feedback after each viewing. Aldreds were very helpful and listened to what I wanted to do as well as advising me.

Aldreds communicated well, original price did not generate much interest but after first reduction, more people started coming through the door and we got an offer we accepted.

Aldreds were very fair with their valuation and gave good advice. We showed the clients round rather than the agents which was unusual. It was nice to deal with a smaller agency who are more able to help with local properties.

We withdrew the property from the market as could not find anything we wanted.
If we came back on the market we would use Aldreds again. Friendly and experienced service. Always gave regular updates.

We exchanged contracts today. A huge thank you to Jackie at the Great Yarmouth branch for her expertise, hard work, patience with all my calls and getting the job done despite all the hoops that she had to jump through to get us over the line.
