Our purchase of a property in Winslow through Alexander & Co was a positive experience - and Madelaine Thompson, who accompanied us for most of the journey, was always bright, positive and helpful. Others in the team stepped in when Madelaine was not available, and maintained the positive experience for us. The agent, of course, works for the vendor - but Alexander & Co had the purchaser's interests clearly in focus, and did their best to smooth over issues when they arose during the process.

Charlotte Blyth has been looking after Ivy Cottage in Farthinghoe for several years and has always surpassed our expectations. She will always go that extra mile to make it happen. She also has a great relationship with the trade people as w have had many jobs resolved through her involvement. A five star employee and a big thank you from Bill and Denise Muskin.
The guys in the Brackley office (Martin and James) also did a great job in selling the property.

Our experience with A&Co wasn’t great overall and some of the customer service was the worst I have experienced. Felt like the need for the sale was put ahead of the best situation for us as sellers.
One particular agent, don’t think it’s worth giving names, wrote an email that was so strongly written, it was quite insulting and hard to believe it was to a client. Same agent can be very frosty in person and even refuse to talk to you.

This is my first time renting through Alexander and co, and I’ll say it was smooth from the start to finish. I would like to take a moment to highly recommend an exceptional letting manager who truly goes above and beyond in her role who goes by the name Mary. From the very beginning, she demonstrated outstanding professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Her communication was always clear, prompt, and reassuring, making the entire letting process smooth and stress-free. What truly sets her apart is her approachable and friendly manner. She builds genuine relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

A big thank you to Elaine and team at Alexander & Co, Buckingham and Rachel and team at Winslow for helping us sell our property and find a rental property. Our house sold quickly but we have been waiting for many months in a long chain and suddenly had a very tight timescale to find and move to a rental. Elaine and team were extremely helpful.
