It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!

Alison was the sales negotiator in my first flat purchase, representing the vendor/flat.
She has been absolutely great throughout the whole process - quick, efficient, honest, and supportive!
She did everything she could to ensure the sale completed!

Alison the letting negotiator has been absolutely amazing throughout the process. She has went above and beyond for me to have a quick move in date than planned! Very helpful and definitely will recommend!

Avoid at all costs. These people tactics are really low. They contact landlords in the area & filling their heads with BS & disinformation on current market prices in the hope of bringing new tenant for a commission! My Landlord raised my rent due to these clowns feedback to him...they didn't even had any benefits from this!
Edit: The person responding to these reviews must be really slow-witted... Show me where did I say I've rented my property from your agency? I was simply referring to your low tactics contacting landlords in the area! Even further, where did you read my name to claim that you have no record for it lol Just talking out of your a$$? don't you? It's just another indication of lies and bad practice of your work ethics...typical sales men.
