The process started very poorly. After contacting them in September about purchasing a new build, things were smooth initially and I was told on 24th October that my case would be passed to the conveyancing team and they’d be in touch within 7–14 days. Unfortunately, I didn’t hear anything for over a month. Multiple calls resulted in promises of callbacks that never came, which was very frustrating during such a stressful process.
However, once the case was eventually picked up, the service improved significantly. Communication became much clearer and the team were helpful and responsive - Rhona in particular was absolutely fantastic, went a long way to patch up the terrible start, and is the reason I am amending this review.

Susan was an exceptional conveyancing solicitor throughout my property transaction. She was incredibly dedicated, kept me fully informed at every stage, and always ensured my best interests were protected. Her communication was clear and timely, which made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and well managed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing conveyancing services.
