I sold my property through Andrew Granger and mostly dealt with Chris and Tom throughout the process. I found them to be very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and good at keeping me up to date with everything. If I had any queries they were answered and explained to me and when any changes were made (new photos, price etc) I was consulted and given all the information I needed to make an informed decision. The only negative was in-house solicitors (Jephson Legal) that I used and had recommended to me as they didnt match the level of communication or reassurance

We purchased a property in Oadby from Tom and Chris, and were really grateful for all their help and support. There were a few challenges along the way, but they helped us to overcome them and get the deal done. They helped to coordinate everything, kept us informed and got us into our new home.

We feel that the landlord service offered by Andrew Granger is excellent, they quickly arranged a new tenant for the property. We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

Such an excellent estate agency, way better than any we have used before. Chris and Tom were very supportive and helpful over all the issues that we had, and went way above and beyond expectations in helping us. I would highly recommend this estate agent. Thank you for your outstanding service.

Great from the start with Simon coming out to do the valuation and putting the property on the market and actually making the sale. Good correspondence keeping me up to date with viewings etc from Richard and Natalie too.
