I would like to thank all the team at David Andrew’s. They helped me with my purchase from start to finish, showing full professionalism, care, and understanding of everyone involved.
We faced a lot of issues during this purchase—not the agent’s fault, but due to the sellers and their legal team. However, Gary, Jo and Andrew were always there to help, offering great communication and expertise. You can tell they have been in the business for a long time, unlike some newcomers. They have extensive knowledge of the area, the market, and, most importantly, the law!
