We’ve just sold our flat with Andrews and cannot rate them highly enough! It was a challenging chain (taking almost 11 months!) but from start to finish Andrews were great. We moved to them after struggling to sell our flat with another agent. They found us a buyer, were on the ball and active, keeping on top of everyone and what was going on, which we really appreciated. They were also great at keeping in touch and letting us know what was happening. A huge thanks to Lucy for everything, couldn’t have asked for a better agent, as well as Conor, and the team too for taking many a call. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely sell with you again in the future. Huge thank you!!

I had a fantastic experience buying my new property with Andrews. From the very first viewing, they were incredibly professional, honest, and responsive. As a buyer, navigating the chain can be stressful, but [Grace & James. ] went above and beyond to keep communication open between all parties. They were always on hand to answer my questions and helped push things through smoothly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. I recently let my 2 bedroom property through Andrews Residential and I can honestly say that the whole experience from start to finish was seamless.. The admin team - Georgia and Manveer - sent out relevant documents at the appropriare time and were always on hand to answer any queries. My lettings agent was Melroy and he was a delight to work with. He made what could have been a very stressful process a very calm and stress free experience He answered my emails promptly and kept me updated throughout every step of the process. What impressed me most about Melroy was his professionalism and also the fact that if he wasn't 100% sure about the answers to my queries he would speak to an expert and get back to me quickly. I was very impressed with Andrews Residential. My property was rented in no time. I would highly recommend this agency
