We first rented a studio with Andrews Estates in 2024. It was our first experience of renting a home and they did a wonderful job. They did everything so smoothly without too much hassle, communication is always good, whenever we have tried to contacting them, we got a reply in hour or two.<br>Georgia Cooper has good problem resolving skills, one to two we had a issue and she resolved it quickly and efficiently.<br>I would highly recommend going to them if it's your first experience, they do guide you in everything and answer your silly questions.

Andrews Residential is a great company to work with. I have personally dealt with Melroy, who is very knowledgeable, professional and clearly knows what he is doing. We had such a great experience with Andrews who helped us secure our first tenancy. As first time renters, we had a lot of questions and were honestly quite unsure about the whole process, but the team were incredibly helpful, patient and supportive from start to finish.<br><br>Melroy was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. He was always on call and happy to answer any questions we had, no matter how small or frequent they were.<br><br>We genuinely appreciate all the help and guidance we received and couldn’t be happier to have secured our first home through them. Overall I'm very pleased with the service Andrews provided. They were helpful and patient during a drawn out sale process, which included a tricky probate process. As a first time seller (dealing with my late father's estate), they were helpful. I didn't feel patronised at the outset, and they mostly avoided sales cliches or overinflating costs.<br><br>The initial point of contact (Ben) generally stayed as my main point of contact, which I appreciated - I didn't feel like I was immediately passed off to a junior member of staff.<br><br>They were prompt in getting things done and in their communications, and didn't make errors in the technical or administrative bits. The only times they irritated me was in frequently chasing me for updates when I didn't have any (and told them that I would update them by email when I did!). But I suppose it's better for them to be proactive and engaged than inactive!

We had a really great experience with Andrew’s Estate Agents. They helped my mum find a beautiful new home, and throughout the whole process they were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to answer any questions and help wherever they could.<br><br>A special mention to Melroy and Conor who were absolutely brilliant and made the whole experience so much easier. We really appreciated all their help and support.<br><br>I’d highly recommend Andrew’s Estate Agents to anyone looking for a friendly, helpful and reliable estate agent.
