As a first time landlord, I had no idea on how to proceed and what was required. I reached out to Andrew’s residential and spoke to Manii, who kindly explained the process and what I needed to do in order to proceed, including new legislations and what is required. Melroy made our search so much easier. He was upfront and honest the whole way through, replied quickly whenever we reached out, and just took the stress out of everything.
