Landlords - Must Read<br><br>We used this estate agent’s tenant introduction service to find tenants for two of our flats in Nightingale Quarter, Derby. They successfully found tenants for both properties, but unfortunately, our experience after that was extremely disappointing.<br><br>For one of the flats, we did not receive a statement for two months despite chasing this several times. We have also never received a statement or any money relating to our Dalton House flat. The same commission and charges were agreed for both properties.<br><br>Communication has been particularly frustrating. It is extremely difficult to get through to anyone by phone, and when we do manage to speak to someone, we are repeatedly told that someone will call us back, but the promised call does not happen.<br><br>Overall, this has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Our experience has been that communication was much better while the tenancy arrangements were being completed, but once the deal was done, getting responses and resolving outstanding issues became extremely difficult.<br><br>We would strongly recommend that anyone considering using their services carefully considers the level of aftercare and communication they can expect once the tenancy has been arranged.

We had a great experience with James Sims at Ashley Adams. Once James took over, everything ran incredibly smoothly and his communication throughout the whole process was exceptional. He kept us updated at every stage, was always easy to get hold of and made the whole experience far less stressful.<br>I’d highly recommend James to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Great availability, most agents are professional and nice, a few (the one I mainly dealt with..) may only value your financials over creating a positive rapport, a factor that can cause business to suffer.
