I used Ashley Adams on a fully managed basis for my rental property and unfortunately would definitely not recommend their service.<br><br>Communication was a recurring issue throughout the tenancy. Calls to the lettings team went unanswered and, despite leaving multiple voicemails, I did not receive a single callback in response to those messages. I often found myself chasing for updates and information rather than receiving proactive communication.<br><br>The most disappointing part came at the end of the tenancy. Ashley Adams were encouraging me to proceed with a new tenant before I had even been provided with the checkout report. After chasing for the report and reviewing it, it became clear that the property was not suitable for immediate re-letting. Despite this, I was advised that the property was ready to be re-let.<br><br>To be fair, some members of staff did genuinely try to help. Molly Hutchby was always polite and professional in her dealings with me. My impression, however, is that the branch is massively under-resourced and unable to consistently deliver the level of service that landlords paying substantial management and administration fees should reasonably expect.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not use Ashley Adams again and would not recommend them to landlords...
