I was impressed with Rob's pricing strategy and also his knowledge and experience. He had thoroughly researched the selling prices of house in the area. Ashtons really go the extra mile. They employ a professional photographer to take amazing photos and the brochure was so well written. They also advertise on all the main house selling websites. The team is so hard working and give brilliant customer service. Not to mention, their fees are extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Ashtons to anyone selling their house.

Everyone I interacted with at Ashtons were precise, efficient and explained each step of the process carefully. My house listing went live on Friday and by Wednesday we had 3 offers. We eventually sold the house for a little above the valuation due to the interest in the property generated by Ashtons.
