Ive heard really good things about this company, everyone on the phone was so lovley, but that one woman "Dan" apparently there is no woman called "dan" working there but ive spoken to a woman that was very rude, spoken to me with attitude over the phone. It put me off to go viewing a property with her. Its ashame that 1 person can ruin it.

The team at astleys Neath were fantastic, especially Paula and the rest of the team helping us purchase the house, that they were selling to us on behalf their vendor. Hopefully I won’t be moving in the near future, but I would strongly advise if anyone is thinking of selling a property to use Paula and the team at astleys Neath .

Excellent service from the staff at Astleys Neath both as a vendor and buyer. They certainly go above and beyond providing advice, reassurance and guidance. It has been a stressful sale and purchase with some difficulties along the way but Paula and her team have been there throughout it all with daily updates, chasing solicitors, and generally providing a high level of personal service based on a weath of ecperience and local knowledge. I would not hessitate in recommending them. From the initial visit, the excellent brocure and pictures through to completion they have provided a magnificent service.

Astleys Estate Agents have been absolutely brilliant.
I sold my property through Astleys, and despite having issues with the land registry and boundary lines, they managed to move everything along promptly. I have to say a massive thank you to Paula, who went above and beyond to resolve the technicalities that arose during my sale.
As the saying goes, not all heroes wear capes, and I truly appreciate your efforts.

Astleys have been excellent. Although I initially thought they valued my property a little low it generated a lot of interest. The photos they arranged were excellent. The communication is friendly but professional and I have confidence that this will continue as the sale progresses. Highly recommended!

I am more than satisfied with Astleys as my property was sold to the first viewer no hassel only thing is the sign is still up and it doesn't say sold pending and as been like that for weeks Over all more than satisfied
