I cannot praise the whole team at Bartlams Wombourne highly enough for the way they handled our house move, from start to finish. Amelia, Ellisia & Fin did a fantastic job. They did everything in the most professional way, with excellent communication throughout. Any questions or queries were handled quickly and clearly, which kept our stress levels to a minimum!??????. We enlisted the help of Bartlams to sell our family home in Wombourne. Findlay and the team were so helpful and really respectful that this was our family home for 60 years and that our father had died only 12 months previously. The advert and sales promotion of the property was really top notch and Findlay even bought a drone in to take some shots of the wonderful views which could be seen around the house. As a consequence we had a lot of interest in the property, unfortunately the first sale process fell through, but our second sale was successful. The Bartlams team were very patient with us and kept us really well informed about the processes involved and all the stages which are involved in buying and selling. Our buyers had problems with their chain, but Bartlams kept chasing the other estate agents for news and updating when they got news. We were very satisfied with how Bartlams managed our lengthy sale despite trying to achieve their sales figures/ times.

The whole group at Bartlams were very kind and accommodating with me, they managed all my requests with patience and were professional, making me feel comfortable and aware every step of the way. 34 years since I last bought/sold a property and forgotten how stressful it was going to be. Philip and Liesl at Bartlams made it feel much easier. But have to say I will never move again.
