I want to share my disappointing experience with [Property Dealer's Name] in Leeds. I strongly advise against buying, selling, or renting property through this dealer. The property they rented to me had multiple issues, which I reported immediately. Despite this, it took them approximately six months to address the problems. Additionally, they initially assured me that the lease could be extended, only to later refuse to extend it after a few months. While leaving the property they deduct huge amount from your deposit. So be careful to note down and email them every minor issue. In my opinion, dealing with this agent has been more trouble than it's worth. Please be cautious if considering their services....
