Further to finding a property for sale through Belton Duffey Estate Agents Fakenham, I would highly recommend all of the people working in the Belton Duffey office. From the start of my offer for the property, I found them to be friendly and extremely helpful. Emma kept me informed throughout the process, was always quick to respond to any of my calls and questions, and made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br>It was pleasant dealing with Emma and I thank her all for working hard and the effort she has made, in getting my family into our new home.<br>I would highly recommend their personal care and services to anyone looking to buying or selling a property.

We recently sold our house in Kings Lynn, we chose Belton Duffey because of all the agents visited, Nikki gave us the best initial response. She continued to impress throughout the process, constantly assisting with her impressive knowledge of the process. For all the day to day contract and processes was Emmi, her attention to detail and immediate can do attitude made the sale so much easier. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Great job, thank you.

No one could have worked harder to get our sale through!
Steve has been exceptional in his focus and determination.
Our house was for sale for 15 months and not an easy sell.
Steve saw us through 3 sets of buyers (2 of whom backed out) but Steve never gave up; his humour and encouragement saved our sanity.
Completely professional and a joy to work with. We couldn’t have done it without him!
