We engaged with Benjamin Stevens having met with 3 other local estate agents. Scott came across as open, honest and very transparent and we felt his local knowledge and existing list of people looking for similar properties to ours made it an easy choice. The communication throughout was excellent and we had a large number of viewings and offers. Scott and his team continued to be involved in the exchange process, making it much easier than expected. We would highly recommend them.

I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
