Charlotte was great from our first viewing and throughout the whole process. Very accomodating when we asked to view again and extremely helpful arranging access for surveys etc. Kept us well informed and liaised with the seller and solicitor and gave us a great insight into the area

Boatwrights continue to be head and shoulders above their competitors in all aspects of customer service. I have bought once and sold three times through them in the last 6 years and cannot fault them.<br>They understand that communication is everything, and are not only proactive, but always informed as well. If there was a playbook for estate agents Boatwrights should be writing it!
