Our process hasn’t finished yet so not sure of value for money but they were cheaper than most and the property is sold.
Only irritation is that this was a probate sale and my sisters were often not emailed information, despite multiple requests that we all be kept informed

I found the process of valuing the property putting on the market & accepting an offer all went smoothly and hope it continues in that way.
