Very good survey team. Caroline has done two surveys for us and is very thorough. Fast turnaround time and reasonable costs too.

Be careful when doing the check out, they will blame you for defaults that was there before you move in and make sure you do the check out in the evening so you have time to dust everywhere in the morning or during the day. If there is a bit of dust left, they will try to charge you for cleaning the whole flat.<br>I wish to add that I was instructed by the agent to purchase a key (£2.50) to access the electricity meter cupboard and was told to arrange reimbursement afterwards. Despite requesting the refund, I never received it. The amount is small, but I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up and customer service.
