After nearly two years on the selling journey, which began in April 2024, we have finally completed the sale of our property through the team at Bramleys Estate Agents on Victoria Road, Elland.
It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most.
We deeply appreciate their professionalism, persistence, and genuine care in helping us reach this important milestone. Thank you both and your team so much — we will always remember your support and would warmly recommend Bramleys Estate Agents in Elland.

Kerry Watkins at Bramleys in elland, as well as Joeanne Higgins have been superb and supportive throughout the entire selling of our house. We had some unfortunate things happen in our selling journey but Kerry was positive all the way and really restored my faith the whole time. She’s a pleasure to have dealt with. I’m sure the whole team are amazing too. Highly recommend anyone to sell with Bramleys in elland !

Our house sale was an extremely protracted affair - this was no fault of Bramleys, and Alice, our Sales Negotiator, was friendly, efficient, professional and, most of all, patient throughout the whole process. I had interactions with the rest of the team too, in particular Gemma and Amy and they are also a great asset to the Bramleys team. I would not hesitate in recommending Bramleys, whether for buying or selling. Thank you to all.
