Ellie at B&B headington branch was excellent. We were happy with the price achieved. Our buyers were a bit slow but good communication from the agents helped us manage this.

We found the branch very organised and helpful. The company has a good communication system that keeps you up-to-date with developments.
Once we found a buyer, they seemed eager to get the deal settle regardless of the low offer. This left us wondering why pay a higher commission when any other estate agency would have sold the property too for a much lower asking price. Anyway, we sold the property and it was all trouble free.

Maxine is amazing! We had so many issues with selling my house with another agent, and we moved over to Breckon & Breckon and Maxine took us on, made the whole experience seamless, arranging new photos, listing the property with all of the attributes that had been forgotten and did us proud.
She was so helpful and answered all our questions, quickly, and really helped to push the whole process along when we got the sale.
She honestly was a godsend helping us with advice, and being so accommodating with everything we needed. We cannot thank her enough, we had a such a smooth sale and process, we would recommend Breckon & Breckon and Maxine in particular to anyone selling any property in the Bicester area!

Maxine not only sold our house off market, she relentlessly pushed it through when we had a very very awkward and poor chain caused by other agencies.
Without her relentlessness and willing to chase and pursue and not being afraid to ruffle feather we would not be moving.
Granted their fees are slightly higher but without a doubt secured us a better sale price and made it happen without ever referring us to crappy solicitors or giving poor advice.
Best decision I've made and considering I work within the industry they have passed my expectations.
