We had a very positive experience with Brian Cox. Communication was excellent throughout, always easy to get hold of and quick to follow up.
Rachel was instrumental in keeping the transaction moving when progress slowed with the seller’s solicitor. Her proactive approach made a real difference. Daniel also stepped in seamlessly to cover while Rachel was on leave, which we really appreciated.
Paul handled negotiations professionally and helped both sides reach a fair outcome.
Overall, a reliable and proactive team. Would definitely recommend.

BAD!!!I would not recommend—they take money from tenants while leaving people in poor living conditions. Communication is extremely poor, with an unresponsive and inattentive team, and the fact that the director isn’t even based in this country seems to result in a lack of accountability. Overall, a frustrating experience, you're better off choosing a more reputable agency.

Very poor experience renting for a few months.Serious maintenance issues were ignored, including windows and doors that didn’t open properly (emergency exit concerns), uneven nailed flooring, water leaks, ongoing plumbing problems, heating issue etc. We were told by Sam/Anil the property was in good condition, but this was not accurate as issues appeared to be covered up cosmetically.Communication from Kerry/Leane’s management team was slow and unresponsive, and getting repairs done was very difficult. Overall, once rent was paid timely, support and follow- up dropped off. I would not recommend this agency or the property 24 Rushes Mead, UB8 currently on sale which is cosmetically covered up for sale.

I had very bed experience. They are not help . If we can call them . They give very rude answers
If are asking about the property what u r buying they not allowed to see . Just 1 or 2 time . I have so many problems about new property

We recently rented a house through Brian Cox Estate Agents. Sam was our primary point of contact along with Anil to manage our processes. We were looking at houses for almost a month and were being ghosted by many agencies after making offers. But the response time and transperency that we received from Brian Cox was unmatched. They also accomodated many of our requests like revisiting the house for measurements, changes to the contract, coordinating with the house owners and answering all of our questions. Since it was our first time searching a house by ourselves, I would 100% recommend contacting Sam and Anil purely because of the ease of getting things done.
P.s thank you for the wonderful welcome gift with a very thoughful collection of items. This gesture means a lot
