Well I must say that after all the negative stories you hear about Estate agents I can honestly say that my experience of Brian Thomas Estate Agents was completely positive. From initial engagement of their services, marketing, viewings and communication, all aspects were excellent.
We would like to personally thank Paul Wallace who helped us through the sale of our home, who went over and above what was expected of him as far as we understood, nothing was a problem for him. During this very stressful time he kept us fully up to date, reassured us and guided throughout. He protected us from the start with regard to finding the right buyer who was ready financially to purchase our home. There were quite a few hurdles during the process that Paul helped us through as well as advising, liasing and negotiating.
He also chased very poor solicitors on our behalf that had caused unnecessary delays in finalising exchange and completion of contracts.
I can honestly and wholeheartedly say that I recommended Paul @Brian Thomas Estates in the Woodford, Wanstead, Buckhurst Hill Chigwell areas and around N/E London and borders of West Essex. You will not find a better person for the sale of your home.

Warning: Serious Misconduct and Potential Fraud
I agreed a sale price with Amaal Mahmood Khan at Brian Thomas Estate Agents. During the process, he insisted on altering the agreed price on the official paperwork to a lower figure and taking the difference in cash. This would have cheated the property owner and is essentially mortgage/property fraud. Anyone considering instructing him to sell their property should be extremely cautious.

Following the sad passing of our Mother in the early part of last year (2025) we had call to use the services of Brain Thomas Estate Agents twice. Firstly in providing us with an urgent valuation on our late parent's home for the seeking of the Deed of Probate and secondly for the sale of the property itself, later the same year.
In both cases, Mike Driver - Estate Agent and Manager at Brian Thomas's Romford / Chadwell Heath Office could not have been Helpful, Understanding, Considerate and Professional through-out our entire dealings with him and his team, especially given the sensitive and emotional loss we were dealing with at that time.
Indeed thanks to Mike and his colleagues hard work and efforts in finding prospective buyers, arranging viewings and then negotiating and securing a final deal for the sale of the property, the whole process went through really smoothly and without any fuss in a very quick time.
We would have no hesitation in using Brian Thomas Estate Agents again and would happily recommend them to anyone else Selling or Buying a property through them in the future.
Many thanks again Mike and all at Brian Thomas for all your help and assistance. It was very much appreciated.

I had a great experience with Brian Thomas Estate Agents, especially Mike, who supported me throughout the entire buying process. Mike was extremely helpful with every request from the seller and did an excellent job maintaining clear and efficient communication between both parties.
He was always very patient and kind, taking the time to meet in person and explain everything in detail, which made the whole process much less stressful. The service provided was consistently professional and reliable from start to finish.
I would highly recommend Brian Thomas Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
