The whole experience was excellent from the start of the process with Tommy assessing and valuing our property to the professional but friendly sales team Harry, Stephanie and Ellie who always went above and beyond. If you are thinking of selling your property you will not get a better service.

What a breath of fresh air to deal with an Estate Agency who are excellent in every way!
We purchased a new property through Harris & Birt and they also sold our existing property. The service was first-class from the original valuation of our home by Stephanie, through the marketing, viewings, and sale of the property. Every member of the team we dealt with, both face-to-face and over the telephone, were friendly, helpful, and professional at all times.
I can highly recommend Harris & Birt to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Harris and Birt were fantastic. The photos, VR camera and drone shots definitely made our property stand out, they were stunning. Tommy looked after our sale/purchase and was brilliant from start to finish. Always easy to get hold of and willing to help with anything we needed.
Would definitely use Harris and Birt again if we ever decide to move.

Harris & Birt handled both the sale of our previous property and the purchase of our new home in summer 2025, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Communication from the whole team was truly first class. Unlike my experiences with other agents in the area, we never once had to chase for feedback or progress updates — everything was proactively managed and clearly explained.
Our main point of contact was Harry, who was excellent throughout. Professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with, he made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well supported.
I was equally impressed with the continuity of communication across the wider team. Ellie in the office was always fully up to speed with the details of our sale and purchase, and consistently provided timely, helpful updates.
Overall, the service we received from Harris & Birt was the best I have experienced with any estate agent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Had a very positive experience using Brinsons to let my property.
Megan Cannon and Abigail Bright kept me well informed and answered all my questions of which there were many being a 1st time landlord.
They are very knowledgeable and i would recommend them both.
