After months of very frustrating house hunting experiences with numerous estate agents in south London, we viewed and offered on a house listed with Bryan and Keegan. Jamie Dalton was the agent who managed our purchase. Jamie was exceptional from start to completion. He was the most proactive, efficient agent. He helped us navigate a couple of tricky aspects with the sellers with great diplomacy. He supported them in obtaining documents from the council and in responding to our concerns from the survey. He was an excellent communicator who promptly replied to emails and calls and liaised well with our solicitor. He let nothing slip. Jamie was also very pleasant to deal with. Clearly, he has a wealth of experience and skills and was very committed to the process. I highly recommend him and his agency.

My partner and I recently bought a property marketed by b&k brockley. Honestly they were amazing, incredibly responsive and went out of their way to help, even on moving day. Shoutouts to Ellen and Jamie who were endlessly helpful.

Huge thanks to the team at Bryan & Keegan for the amazing service I experienced with my recent house sale.
In particular Jamie who went above and beyond to get the property in tip top condition prior to listing, I felt he was always supportive and engaging throughout the process and always responded promptly to any enquiry I had.
The big chains could definitely take lessons from Bryan & Keegan in how to market a property and treat customers.
I can’t recommend this company highly enough and so glad I found them.

I used Bryan & Keegan for the sale of my flat and would recommend to anyone looking to sell in the area. I can’t imagine what it would feel like to have worked with an estate agent who was less personable or involved. They’re local, independent and have a lot of experience they draw upon to advise throughout the entire process. Jamie, Michelle and the team are very proactive and you always feel you’re getting a fair and honest perspective. They’re quick to respond via email, WhatsApp or phone call and I never felt alone in this journey despite it sometimes feeling like a daunting stressful experience. Would absolutely recommend.

I recently bought a house through Bryan and Keegan in Crofton Park, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. From my very first phone call, the team was responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. Booking viewings was easy, and the process of making an offer and completing the purchase was smooth and well-supported.

We recently used Bryan & Keegan to sell our house in Nunhead after a recommendation from a friend. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, Jamie was very professional and clearly new the market very well, we felt very safe in his hands. The communication was fantastic from start to finish and we felt Jamie and his team were alongside us the whole way through the journey of the house sale. We used their recommended solicitors who were also very good and the process was all done in record timing, just 2 months from offer accepted to exchanging! We originally thought about selling our house through purple bricks as didn't want to pay the estate agents fee but I'm so glad we made the decision to go with Bryan & Keegan as they were worth every penny. It turns out estate agents actually work really hard! I highly recommend them, thank you so much Jamie, Ellen and the rest of the team.
