We recently used Bushnell Porter in Southsea to sell our house, and I can honestly say they were excellent from start to finish. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.<br>From our very first meeting, it was clear that Tim genuinely cared about getting things right for us. He made the whole process clear and straightforward, and did everything he could to make sure it ran as smoothly as possible. Moving house is stressful at the best of times, but having someone so knowledgeable and approachable on our side made a huge difference.<br>Tim was always on hand to offer support, whatever stage we were at and I had a lot of questions along the way (probably more than most!).<br>He kept us updated regularly, explained each part of the process clearly, and checked in to make sure we were happy every step of the way.<br>What really stood out was the personal touch you get from a local, independent agent.<br>I would recommend Tim and Bushnell Porter to anyone looking to sell their home in the area.<br>Thank You!

As first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. We were kept informed at every stage and had no issues at all. Tim made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and smooth. This is the second time we have used Bushnell Porter Southsea, on this occasion it was for the sale of my mother-in-law’s house. We would now never consider anyone else.
