I recently chose Butler & Stag to find a tenant for my flat and manage the tenancy. I felt that their evaluation of the market and suggested rental price was more realistic than other agents, which meant that the lettings team secured a tenant for the flat very quickly, and their management fees are very competitive. So far my experiences with the management team looking after my property have been very positive - a direct line to someone who picks up, and communication has been responsive and reliable. It has only been one month of the tenancy, but so far, so good.

Best Block Management I have dealt with. This is especially thanks to Lauren Turvey! Her prompt support, responses, kindness and just overall clarity makes situations so much easier. A caring and understanding block manager is what is needed and Lauren is the one!

Terrible.<br>-Lied about a mould problem in the flat and when the mould appeared blamed us for condensation (2 weeks into tenancy btw)<br>-Lied about ‘professional clean’, which was just one woman showing up for 3 hours. We had to clean a nasty spill on the inside of the freezer (and food from inside the dishwasher ????) that was left from the previous tenants, even though agent aknowledged that the flat was not cleaned professionally. Just disgusting. And I see in the reviews that we were not the only ones this happened to.<br>-Refuse to provide a dehumidifier for said mould problem.<br>-Asked us to pay £150 to paint part of the wall after we asked to remove a wardrobe and then just left it unpainted when we refused because the landlord ‘refused to spend any more money on this propety’ (lol)<br>-Refused to let us leave the flat despite aforementioned lying about serious mould problem<br><br>The agent, Jade Hall has been nothing but horrible and sneaky. All too eager to make promises over the phone and then say something completely different over email. If you are a tenant, be warned, these people are only there to squeeze as much money as they can out of you for the landlord. They have no qualms about forcing you to live in horrible conditions, as long as landlord makes a buck. Tale as old as time.

I would like to thank Svetlana in Sales, and in particular Martine in Sales Progression at B&S, who played a pivotal role in successfully guiding our purchase to completion. Although B&S acted for us solely on the purchase, I had extensive contact with Martine throughout the process. She was an excellent mediator between all parties during what were, at times, very challenging circumstances.
There was a point at which the stress of the process almost led us to withdraw entirely, but Martine’s professionalism, calm approach, and strong communication skills helped navigate a way forward. Despite being under considerable pressure herself, she worked tirelessly to negotiate solutions and keep matters moving. While I am sure any of the Sales Progressors would have shown the same commitment, I am particularly grateful to have worked with Martine.
Svetlana was consistently warm, approachable, and accommodating during viewings and in our phone conversations. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Her final voicemail on completion was especially touching, and it genuinely felt as though she was as pleased for us as we were ourselves.
Huge thanks to B&S for their help and support throughout this process.
