What a wonderful experience working with the team from Butler & Stag. Thanks to Oliver for facilitating and coordinating the viewings of our property, and setting things up.<br><br>And a huge apprecation for all the hardwork Martine put in toward the end of the journey, making sure we got over ther line to completion. Martine was our guide throughout, and was helping us through some challenging moments, but her commitment and hard work in dealing with all other parties in the chain ensured we were able to get through to the end. She always kept us informed, and was instrumental in pushing other parties (solicitors, agents and clients) to act quickly on outstanding enquiries. And she was super communicative, always willing to jump into urgent video calls to keep things moving. She was our guardian angel. Thank you Martine.<br><br>We would highly recommend Butler & Stag (and Martine) to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.

Initial sale was quick but it stalled for months, mainly due to solicitors lacking focus on both sides. However, Butler & Stag provide the services of a Sales Progressor (Martine, who coordinates progress between all parties. We’re pretty convinced that without her frequent interventions we would still be wallowing in a mire of inefficiency. Well done to Martine for finally getting it across the line

My response to a recent E3 post asking who was good for selling property in the locality... really didn't rate you guys at all, Keatons/Foxtons charges for a second-rate service. you're welcome.<br><br>***<br><br>butler and stag were rubbish, did nothing on sales progression until it was too late and buyer was changing their mind, meaning sale fell through when earlier action could have prevented this… twice. also they continually promised updates that never materialised and weren’t even cheap

????? Outstanding team – highly recommend!<br><br>We had a fantastic experience with Butler and Stag. David was brilliant from the start, handling everything seamlessly and finding the perfect buyer for our flat. David always went the extra mile to maintain momentum and secure a buyer. He was personable and professional, always providing reassurance.<br><br>Once the sale was agreed, Martine, our sales progressor, was an absolute superstar. She kept the momentum going, constantly pushed the chain forward, and provided amazing moral support when things got stressful.<br><br>Professional, proactive, and genuinely supportive throughout. We couldn't have done it without David and Martine and will always be grateful.

Butler & Stag were truly exceptional in my opinion dealing with both my sale and purchase. Martine , Leah and Ellie handled every problem with ease in very exceptional circumstances and made sure I was informed at every stage.<br>They were there for every phone call or message. Very professional and I felt they spoke to me like I was a person not just a client.<br>Martine went above and beyond to help me in every aspect even after completion.<br>Best ever service I have ever received.
