Just moved into a lovely flat in Limehouse area and it is all thanks to Mesba from Butler and Stag.<br><br>From the beginning he was enthusiastic about helping us find a place and was always quick to respond with any query or worry we may have had. Professionalism was a 10/10.<br><br>If you’re looking for a reliable team to help you on your housing journey then I would definitely recommend this agency! I will certainly be returning to them if I ever need something else!

We rented a flat through Butler and Stag and Mesba was wonderful. He was so patient and responded to all our queries in a timely manner. The flat was being redecorated and Mesba kept us informed and updated throughout, which we found so helpful. Thank you!

We rented a property using Butler & Stag as letting agents and had a great experience- Mesba was our point of contact throughout and gave us information in a timely manner and was really great to talk to. Unlike other letting agents he didn’t try and rush us into making a decision on the flat, despite what we all know about the london property market! Would highly recommend Mesba :)

We can’t speak highly enough of the team at Butler & Stag for the support we received throughout our son’s house purchase. From the very beginning, Martine Hamilton kept us informed at every stage of the process, which made what can often be a stressful and uncertain time feel much more manageable. Whenever we had questions for the sellers, or needed updates from the solicitors, Martine was straight onto it, chasing things up and coming back to us with quick, clear responses. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she clearly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible.<br><br>We’d also like to thank Svetlana, who showed us the property, for being so helpful and welcoming from the very first viewing. Her knowledge of the property and the local area gave us real confidence in our decision, and she made the whole viewing experience a pleasure.<br><br>Having such a reliable and proactive team behind us made an enormous difference, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better people to guide our son through buying his new home. We’re so pleased with the service we received that we’ll definitely be using Butler & Stag again very soon when we come to sell our own property, and we’d happily recommend the whole team to anyone buying or selling in the area. ??????
