I have just completed on the purchase of my first flat, which was being sold via Butler's Homes. The service I received from Joanna and Chloe was exemplary. We had a great experience with Butlers Sutton, especially with Chloe and Hannah, who were both extremely helpful, professional and supportive throughout the whole process of renting our new home.<br>From the beginning, they were friendly, responsive and always happy to answer our questions and help whenever we needed it. Best estate agents I have ever used come across. No tricks, straight talking and made what could of been a stressful time go as easy as it could have. Far from your typical estate agents and big shout out to Liam for all the help he gave us a long the way.

Liam went above and beyond over an extremely extended period to help my son's purchase go through. Unbelievably there was even a significant problem after completion; Liam was instrumental in its resolution - even though he could have said that it was a matter for the solicitors to resolve.
